Questions, answered.
What to expect from Marvel Solutionz and how to get started.
Can support be provided at any time?
Yes. Enquiries are welcome at any time, and support can be booked for any hour by prior arrangement. Tell us your location, time zone, required support and preferred timing. We confirm the booking, scope and schedule with you before support begins.
Can I enquire about Dual-fuel engines or spark gas engines?
Yes. Tell us whether your enquiry concerns a Dual-fuel engine or a spark gas engine, the vessel or plant, the engine model and the operational or maintenance question. We assess the consultancy required and agree the scope and timing with your team.
What does Marine Velocity mean?
It is the idea behind Marvel Solutionz: speedy, practical support that understands the pace of marine operations and maintenance. We focus on the next decision, communicate clearly and agree timing around port calls, sailing schedules and operational and maintenance needs. The same approach supports our onshore work.
How quickly can you help?
Tell us what you need, where the vessel or plant is and the deadline. We assess the requirement and confirm availability, scope and a realistic timescale. For ship supplies, include the port call and sailing date; for technical work, explain the decision, operational issue or maintenance concern that needs attention.
What does Marvel Solutionz do?
We provide LNG, Dual-fuel and spark gas engine consultancy, onshore power-plant consultancy, ship chandling and Marine IT support. SeaReady is our inspection-preparation product. We confirm the scope and availability of every engagement before work begins.
Do you support onshore power plants?
Yes. We provide consultancy for onshore power plants using Dual-fuel and spark gas engines. Tell us about the facility, its equipment, the technical, operational or maintenance issue and the outcome you need. We agree the scope, deliverables and timing before work starts.
Who is the consultancy for?
Shipowners, operators, Masters, power-plant owners and engineering teams seeking marine or onshore energy consultancy. Tell us about the vessel and the problem so we can establish whether the work is within our scope.
How does SeaReady use AI?
Ask AI to review a selected inspection photo, practise a mock-inspector interview, explain a preparation question or support orals practice. Voice tools help you dictate where available. AI runs on request with internet and an eligible plan or trial; the officer reviews the advice against the actual vessel and records.
Can SeaReady work offline?
Yes. Install it and open the preparation you need while connected, then continue core checks and saved material offline. Built-in interview practice is available offline. AI and live updates need internet, and eligible records sync through the server when the connection returns.
What can the shore office see in SeaReady?
A company ship licence gives the office reported readiness summaries, planned inspections, critical-item counts, certificate dates and overdue work, with the last update shown. Detailed checklist answers, photos and personal records retain their defined onboard privacy.
How is SeaReady connected to Marvel Solutionz?
SeaReady is the inspection-readiness product owned by Marvel Solutionz. The SeaReady link takes you to seaready.net, where you can explore the tools, Handbook and current plans.
Does SeaReady replace our planned maintenance system?
No. A PMS manages equipment maintenance, work orders and service history. SeaReady supports inspection preparation, evidence and follow-up. Keep the official maintenance record in your existing PMS. A project-specific integration can be discussed separately; it is not included as a standard connection.
Can you connect SeaReady with our existing systems?
You can ask us to assess an integration as a separate IT project. Feasibility depends on the system, its supported interfaces and permission to access the data. Scope and costs are agreed before any connection is built.
How do I request a quote?
Use our contact form or call us with your vessel type, location, the support needed and your timescale. For LNG and gas engine work, include the main operational, maintenance or technical question. Do not send passwords, confidential crew records or sensitive vessel documents with your initial enquiry.
How does your ship chandling service work?
Send your supply list, vessel name, port and required delivery date. We discuss specifications, quantities and delivery arrangements, then confirm availability and a quotation before you place an order.
What information helps you assess a consultancy enquiry?
Start with the vessel or plant type, location, equipment involved, the issue and your target date. Describe the decision you need to make. We can then agree which records are relevant and how to share them securely.
Can I ask about a single technical problem?
Yes. Tell us about the specific question and the support you need. We will discuss whether a focused review or a wider assignment is appropriate, with scope and commercial terms agreed first.
Which ports can you supply?
Send the intended port, arrival date and requisition. We confirm coverage, availability and delivery arrangements for that request before you order. The website does not represent a guaranteed stock list or worldwide delivery commitment.
What is the difference between inspection preparation and an official inspection?
Preparation helps your team organise checks, records, evidence and outstanding actions before the visit. The authorised inspector or surveyor carries out the official assessment. Consultancy and SeaReady do not issue statutory approvals or guarantee a pass.
Do you provide emergency response?
For urgent safety matters, use your vessel’s established emergency procedures and designated contacts. The website enquiry form is not an emergency-response channel.
Let’s talk about your operation and maintenance.
Enquiries welcome at any time. Support at any hour, by prior booking and arrangement. Tell us about your vessel, power plant or project.
